Long Haul Towing (“LHT”) is a division of NX, LLC. These Terms & Conditions (this “Agreement”) govern towing services or related services procured through Long Haul Towing via longhaultowing.com. By placing an order or requesting service, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Automated quotes are based on standard vehicle types and typical conditions. Oversized, inoperable, modified, or otherwise non-standard towing jobs may require adjusted pricing. LHT reserves the right to revise a quoted price if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
Quotes include known fees. Deposits may be required at dispatch. The booked rate is guaranteed up to the deposit amount. If extra costs arise, LHT may absorb some or all of the difference. Customers must notify LHT if third parties attempt to impose additional fees.
Remaining balances are due at delivery in certified funds (cash, cashier’s check, money order, Zelle, etc.). Full card payment may be allowed with a convenience fee. Some jobs may require deposit or prepayment at dispatch.
Pickup/delivery times are estimates only. Delays due to weather, traffic, or mechanical issues are excusable. A dry-run fee may apply if you are not ready at pickup. Cancellation before dispatch is penalty-free; cancellation after dispatch forfeits the deposit.
Vehicles are assumed operable unless disclosed. Inoperable vehicles may incur an extra fee. Oversize or modified vehicles may require surcharge or alternate arrangements. Door-to-door service is attempted, but access limits may require meeting at a safe nearby location.
Vehicle condition is documented on a Bill of Lading at pickup and delivery. New damage must be noted on delivery BOL and reported within 3 business days. Signing without exception is conclusive proof of satisfactory delivery.
Coverage is provided under the carrier’s towing insurance (subject to policy limits). LHT is not the insurer. Personal belongings inside vehicles are not covered. Payment for service cannot be withheld due to a claim.
Remote, island, or offshore tows may require vessel or ferry transport with separate insurance and terms. Customer is responsible for reviewing vessel carrier’s coverage.
LHT coordinates towing but does not physically perform the tow. Customers should release vehicles only to the assigned provider shown on dispatch paperwork.
Before dispatch: cancellation is free. After dispatch: deposit is non-refundable. If full card payment was made, only the balance (minus deposit) will be refunded. Refunds process in 7–10 business days.
Do not place firearms, ammunition, explosives, contraband, cash, jewelry, plants, pets, or other valuables in the vehicle. These items are not covered by insurance.
This Agreement is governed by Florida law. Venue is Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Long Haul Towing, NX, LLC, and affiliates against any losses or claims arising from misrepresentation, breach, or third-party actions.
This Agreement constitutes the full agreement between the Customer and Long Haul Towing / NX, LLC, superseding all prior proposals. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Customer Acknowledgment: By placing a towing order, you confirm you are the vehicle owner or authorized agent and authorize LHT to coordinate dispatch of the assigned provider.
